Tom Feeney of Oviedo took two trips abroad that violated congressional ethics rules because a lobbyist and a foreign organization paid his tab, records show. Government watchdog groups said Wednesday that the House ethics panel should investigate Feeney and others who went on the trips to Scotland and South Korea.
